In 2002, I started my career working in event planning, where I learned the value of organization and communication.

After that, I went into talent acquisition management, and I have been in this field for more than 10 years. I have worked for different organizations and have gained valuable insight into various positions and opportunities that arise. I have learned many valuable life lessons, including what to do and what not to do. 

With this background, starting Search Is Over has been a dream of mine for many years. My goal is to provide companies and job seekers with exceptional customer service and one-of-a-kind results.
